This spacious 3 bdrm /3 bath unit is located on the west end of the building. The views from this 16th floor unit are spectacular & the sunsets are breathtaking. The master bedroom is gulf front & has a king bed and a private master bath. One guest bedroom has 2 double beds and the other has a queen bed. There are TVs in all bedroom and a 50' TV in the livingroom.
Beach Colony is the newest building on the beach with an Olympic size pool. For your enjoyment..we have tennis courts and pickleball.
NOTE: We do accept 5 night rentals but the reservation must be between a Sat & Sat or Sunday & Sunday
