• The facilities of Beach Colony Resort are for the use and enjoyment of owners and their guests only, and the House Rules stated here apply to the owners and their guest alike. Visitors will be permitted to use the facilities as guest of the owners. Owners remain responsible for the actions of their guests.
• No glass objects of any kind are permitted at the pool or on the beach per Santa Rosa County Ordinance Article V. Glass Containers Section 14-164.
• All Beach Paraphernalia may be stored in the ground floor room named "Bike Room" after signing a release form in Association office, or stored inside each unit leaving all common area walkways clear.
• Do not allow children to play in the elevators.
• Do not hang towels, clothing, rugs etc. from balconies
• Absolutely NOTHING is to be thrown off the balconies or in Atrium
• Pets are not allowed in the pool area or on the beach in accordance with Florida Statues. Pets must be on a leash at all times. Please use the dog walk area behind the west side of the building and pick up after pets and deposit waste in container provided.
• Grilling is not allowed on the balconies. For your enjoyment, grills are located on the ground level between the buildings.
• Do not take luggage carts into units. Return to ground level immediately. Housekeeping and contractors are not allowed to use carts.
• Boats, trailers, jet skis, RV's , etc. may not be parked in garage or onsite premises.
• No skateboarding, rollerblading, or bicycle riding permitted on the atrium walkways or in parking garage.
• Do not walk across the sand dunes, protect the environment and the resort property Santa Rosa County Article V. Dune Protection Section 10-121. ($500 fine)
• Do not leave tents on beach overnight this interferes with daily beach clean-up.
• Before entering the pool, coming from the Gulf of Mexico, you must shower your entire body. This will keep the green algae out of our pool.
• Pool bands must be worn in swimming pool, tennis courts and fitness center/community room.
• "Quiet Hours" are between 10:00pm - 9:00am. All owners and guests shall refrain from activity that would disturb other residents. Please be respectful of your neighbors.
