An advanced rental payment of 25% of the base rental is required when reserving the unit. If you are purchasing trip insurance, this must, also, be paid at time of booking. The balance is due 14 days prior to your arrival and will be automatically charged to the credit card on file unless other payment arrangements are made prior to that date. If you choose to pay with check or money order (we do NOT accept cash), you must still have a credit card on file with Navarre Beach Vacations. Reservations made under false pretenses of any kind will result in the forfeiture of all monies paid as well as the cancellation of your reservation.
You may cancel your reservation up to the balance due date, 14 days prior to arrival. Advanced rental payments will be refunded MINUS a service fee of $25.00. However, you may re-schedule your reservation for a later date. Once the reservation has been paid in full, the reservation is NON-REFUNDABLE.
As part of your stay, a Vacation Rental Damage Protection plan designed to cover unintentional damages to the rental unit interior has been included in your total rental rate. However, the damage waiver protection fee of $45 is optional. Any damage MUST be disclosed to management prior to check-out. The policy will pay a maximum benefit of $3000. Any damages that exceed this amount OR are not covered under the plan will be charged to the credit card on file. Certain terms and conditions apply. Full details of the Vacation Rental Damage coverage are contained in the Description of Coverage, www.vacationrentalinsurance.com. By submitting payment of this plan, you authorize and request CSA Travel Protection and Insurance Services to pay directly, Navarre Beach Vacations LLC, any amount payable under the terms and conditions of the Vacation Rental Damage. For any damage not covered or exceeding the coverage limits under the Damage Protection Plan that are uncollectable from the guest, the jurisdiction for any court actions against you shall be in Santa Rosa County, Florida.
If you do not wish to participate in the Non-Refundable Damage Protection Plan, you are required to pay a $1000 refundable damage deposit to Navarre Beach Vacations LLC 14 (fourteen) days prior to arrival. Any damage beyond the normal wear and tear to the unit and/or its contents, missing linens and/or household items, smoking either in the unit and/or balcony, evidence of having pets and /or luggage carts in the unit will be deducted from your damage deposit.
The premium for CSA Trip Insurance has NOT been included in the cost of your initial deposit, unless purchased at the time the reservation was made. CSA Trip Insurance reimburses for pre-paid, non-refundable expenses due to certain unforeseeable circumstances that may cause you to cancel, interrupt or delay your trip. We accept Visa, MC, Discover, echecks and personal checks. All advanced reservation payments must be paid at time of booking or NO later than 7 days after reservation is made. Final payments are due 14 days prior to arrival.
Navarre Beach Vacations LLC nor the owner shall be liable for events beyond their control which may interfere with your stay, included but limited to Acts of God, acts of governmental agencies, fire, strikes, war, inclement weather or any other unforeseen incidents outside of our control. No refunds will be offered in these circumstances.
Furnishings are subject to change. Towels, linens, blankets, pillows, furniture, kitchen ware or any other property supplied with the unit must not be taken out of or moved from one unit to another. Loss OR damage of these items is not covered under your Damage Waiver Protection plan and will be charged to the credit card on file.
Pets and smoking are not allowed in any unit. If we find you are in non-compliance with either, you will be evicted and all monies paid will be forfeited. An additional cleaning fee of $150 will be charged to your credit card.
A basic supply of linen is provided. Bed linens and towels are not changed during your stay. There are washers and dryers in each unit. Our housekeeping is NOT affiliated with the resort. Bring your own beach towels.
You must be 25 years of age to rent this unit. Proof of age is required. Reservations made under false pretenses will be evicted and forfeiture of all monies paid. Units are monitored for violations.
At all times, the maximum occupancy is the number stated on our confirmation, including children. Discovery of guests exceeding the maximum number shall result in eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid.
Check-in is at 4:00PM CST and check –out is at 10:00AM CST. There are no exceptions unless approved by management. On the day of check-out you are required to remove all trash.
Carts are stored on the ground floor. PLEASE return carts as soon as possible so other guest & owners may use them. DO NOT take carts in the units. They damage walls.
“I am providing my credit card number as a guarantee of payment to Navarre Beach Vacations LLC. I accept all terms of the rental agreement and accept all liability for rent and charges related to the unit rental, as well as any damage beyond normal wear and tear during the term of my lease with Navarre Beach Vacations LLC. In the absence of another payment arrangement, I authorize Navarre Beach Vacations to charge my credit card for payment of these items.”
We had a wonderful four days here on Navarre Beach. The condo was beautiful and that's everything we needed. The balcony was awesome!
